I have to agree. Pretty good one.

I have the same set. They should be used to work around the hose to break the seal.
This.

They aren't meant to actually pull the hoses off thery are meant to get those stubborn hoses loose from the nipples making it easier to grab and pull off.

I need to get a full set like these.

If your looking to pull and twist hoses off, look for a set of these (not sure how big they make them)

I need to get a set of these too.

Ok funny boys,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,I called them, didn't ask company history, didn't take up but a few seconds of a pleasant lady who answered the phone.

She said, Good Morning, Lyle Corporation,,,,,,,,,so there :POKIE:

I said, sorry I dialed the wrong number

Here's a link to there site,  http://www.lislecorp.com/  lots of products

I also did this last year for Huot tool boxes.  Got a recording that pronounced it Hewitt or something close to that.
That scalloped box end is one of the few BB features that doesn't make Elroy puke

i get the idea of working the tool around the hose to get it loose. i actually had a very difficult air intake hose that ran from the intercooler to the intake. about 6 or 8 inches long and stiffer than a klowns.......well you get the idea. i had to get a hook around it to help pull as i only had room for one hand in that cramped area and i couldn't  wiggle it loose.

shit, that whole story  sounds bad........well you guys get the idea. lolx

anyway. hoses in general can be a pain, usually located in some hard to get at place at an awkward angle that can often only be accessed while laying in a dripping mess or standing on your head.

I stumbled upon a MAC version at a swap some time ago and picked it up. I've used it one time in real life, and found it very handy. I've got my eye on re-purposing a vintage PROTO Bet'r grip skinny flathead screwdriver in my collection and give it a newly reincarnated life.
