Yes, I agree. It's not mine though, I picked it out of the group of avatars for the site. I'm actually looking for a '69 Chevelle though if I can find one for the right price  ;D

I'm slowly winding down my involvement on GJ. getting tired of the trolls, know it alls, overly self-righteous, single brand fanboys, and people that crosspost in 4 different threads bc they want everyone there to suck them off with praise for their "scores." With the hoarders (oops meant collectors, seriously who needs an outbuilding full of vises sitting on shelves that you never use?) it's more of a mental asylum than a forum.

Well, in defense of us "hoarders," some of us simply love the old tools.

Collections of stuff can be hobby too, maybe historians of sorts and definitely something interesting to those who do.  Not just the old guy filling the living room with random junk to be buried deep next month under more.
If my display case content was smelted tomorrow at least a few 'last known examples' might be lost even if I am not sure which right now.

My work tools are polar opposite in many ways and exist just to make me money.  My home tools are equally varied and mostly cheap stuff.

We are dual citizens of both forums in many cases but not all the bad guys of sorts.  Each forum has its good points as well and that keeps it worthwhile for me.
Glean out the good and ignore the rest, no need to get offended by a few vocal idgits.

This is the way I fight PC, I ignore it. Say what I want, and not as an ass=hat. Not makeing an effort to insult. But I will be damn to go out of my way to use buzz words that make some snowflake, flake being the key word here, feel comfortable.

They have others being all hyper sensitive as to not hurt their darling little feelings. I have been raised in a free speech society, paid my dues to exercise same. Will continue until I draw my last breath, if you do not stand up for you right to be yourself and INDIVIDUAL you become WEAK and just another lemming, walking off the cliff.

Do I lose so called friends having this attitude ....... hell yes do I care hell NO.  And I sleep very well knowing I am Greg and wake up Greg..

Cheers,   thumbsup2
Greg
