Sorry. That is the latest FBI secret listening device. Dang....you found it. Tracing your every navigational footstep, tweet and horn-honking-lane-drift-defense blare for those other drivers multitasking on their tablets while going 20 above the posted limit.

Ahhh...the OldnSlo days of 8 tracks in a suitcase box, and the smoothness of the Wonder Bar station-seeking radio. How those days have evaporated for-evah!

The one in the picture is not my dads, but restored his would be a twin to that one, same color. Except dads has a spotlight, a fancy original Ford hood ornament, and accessory era correct bumper wings on the ends of the bumper.

While I dont want to derail this thread, I had the opportunity to own a '39 super deluxe. Purchased non-running, and sold in the same condition 25 years later. I collected a few Bob Drake trinkets along the way, but wrenched on other projects and not that one as the kids grew up.

Are you fixing them, or installing them --?

Not repairable.  The shark-fin had water intrusion and the other just failed - I just like taking things apart to see what makes them work.

Always fun lowering a headliner to gain access.
