In Search Of: Ratchet Design/Model Thread

I was browsing a bunch of stuff in the forums, getting caught up as I've been semi-dormant for a while focusing on work.  I came across this thread over on Tool Talk (which, I think I've also seen either here or on GJ, or both) (http://www.papawswrench.com/vboard/index.php?topic=18552.0) and started trying to find that design in a patent.  I've not yet been successful.  However, I've run across some other interesting patents and I thought I'd use this thread to try and connect the dots from some of those patent finds to actual examples.  I'll post new interesting patent finds as I discover them.

Patent 1 is a design by Paul and Otto Froeschl.  I swear I've seen examples of this before but I can't place it.  Anyone have an opinion on an example matching this patent?

Patent 2 is a design by Walter Pugh of Sabina, OH, which looks an awful lot like the Herbrand design.  Can anybody confirm / refute?
