i scored at lowes today...

Not the fancy made in USA kobalt but these are the made in Taiwan kind.



the stubbies I got for $.54 and .$.45 each and the ratcheting flex were $1.89 and $1.98







I think they will work for like $6. The 12mm ones will probably never get used but I though for $3 more I could keep em in my drawer for if I need one.

Not sure on the making way. I usually cruise the store at both the locations I frequent for the table or cart with the markdowns. It is hit n miss. I got a whole bunch of USA kolbalt a couple yrs back when they went offshore. I like the kobalt ratchets that are like the Armstrong ratchets. Sad when these places chase prices to the bottom, but I understand. I got usa husky the same way when hd went off shore. Good tools but pretty much no warranty
