Cman gray/red triple stack
« on: September 02, 2017, 03:16:30 PM »
Scored this at an auction on Wed.  Build date of 11/70

Don't see a lot with the mid box.

Was full of some tools, not much nice but there was a mixed 3/4 set jammed in the back bottom.  Mainly Proto and SK.  No ratchet but a tee handle and 15 inch extension, both SK.

Put new drawer liners in it and lube the slides.  looks nice for what it is

That scalloped box end is one of the few BB features that doesn't make Elroy puke

Nice Phil -- these boxes are making a BIG comeback. People want the older "good stuff"

Nice boxes. Those should sell well to someone looking for a quality box without having a ton of money.
I'm just a guy in a garage with some tools...

Actually have a guy in mind.  I have a Snappy top and bottom in need of some tlc and this cman ready to go.  We will see if he wants small project or just a box

I like that era of vintage CM boxes. Very well built and slides work well if kept lubed.

That mid-box really makes the stack, hardly see any in the wild.

Never seen a mid box in person. Seen one or two on CL through the years and they always disappeared really fast.
You boys better hold on cause i'm gonna have to stand on it!
