Thought I should pass this on.... If you are in need of a part for a South Bend Lathe of any size..... Here is the guy to go to first.... Ted is his name. e-mail address is : latheman2@aol.com. He worked for South Bend for 20 or so years before they went out of business and then he bought all the stock (pieces and parts)..... If you're looking for a NOS part go to him. It may not be the cheapest, but, new stuff is hard to find......

Talk nice and he will tell you any and everything you'd ever want to know about South Bend Lathes. He has the knowledge and the know how....
