TSC sells plenty of crap as far as tools go but I was very glad when they opened one in our valley. Sometimes it is best to wear blinders as it is easy to get distracted by shiny stuff. I stopped there one day to get a 99 cent eyebolt and they had clearance stuff next to the register. I left with the eyebolt and a 1/2 price welder.

There is one going up in town this summer. 5 miles from home.
I now drive 25 if I need to go to one.
Might hurt the hardware store some.

They built one here about 2 years go, and it seems to do ok.
However, it is NOT within the Gun Barrel City limits, and the Lowe's store is!
We like to keep our purchases within because our City survives on the sales tax revenue generated within the City Limits.

I like TSC quite a bit.   Work clothes, chemicals, paint, hardware, and the odd sale on power tools are all attractions as far as I'm concerned.   Hand tools, not so much!

Hoping it's a TSC.

Lots of small farms and ranches around here that buy the culvert pipes, small trailers, and general farm supplies.
Also a great candy display in front of each cashier line.

Thirty miles south of my job TSC took over the old Walmart after they moved a mile down the rode and built a big new Wallyworld. Opened maybe 3-4 months ago.

Hey Heiny, I think they forgot the slab. :D

Didn't take long to come out of the ground on that one. We recently completed a waste water plant here and the IT dept set up a camera on it. took a photo a day. kinda cool to go back and watch it go up.

The concrete slab is their finished floor. We pour it after the roof is on to protect it from the sun and any damages that would occur from steel erection. We then hire a crew to burnish the floor prior to turn over.  The inside slab floats independently inside the building.  Good eye though.   thumbsup2

Started with nothing and still have most of it left.
