The bottom looks like a Sun cabinet for a tune up tester.

$40

$50 less $10 for the horrible spelling of Vulcan in the ad.
This car is a pile of crap. Noisy, rattly, slow and underpowered and has a reputation for being unreliable. I want one.

The top box was made by MBC (Metal box and Cabinet). I have a similar one with a Cornwell badge. I think I paid 40 for it with some decent tools included.

As for what it is worth, it depends a lot on if you "need a tool box", "could really use another tool box", or "could probably find a place for another tool box".

I paid $40 for my Snap On version and it came with a 3 drawer bottom roller.

It's a cool box. I like the shallow drawers.

That last one with the small front cover flap at the bottom smells like Yorktown to me.
