Ever heard of a Duracraft? bench grinder?

From the small picture, it looks like the well liked Craftsman grinders:

I've asked for a larger picture, hopefully I will get a response.
Well, I guess a rule disallows, my use of a Dennis Leary song as my signature, LOL.

Hard to know for sure. I've seen the name Duracraft since the late 1970's on everything from wrenches to grinders and toolboxes. Originally, the Duracraft tools were Taiwanese products imported by west coast discounters who flooded the US market in the late 70's and early 80's. They produced rasonably good tools, but many were blatant "knock-offs" of venerable American tool brands such Baldor, IR, Sioux, etc.

I'd just want to know where it was made.  If it's US made and worked well, you should buy it and collect a few you sucks.
That scalloped box end is one of the few BB features that doesn't make Elroy puke

Pretty much. If it's USA it's almost certainly made by the same folks that made the Craftsman ones.

I own one.  I have had it since 1971.  I bought it brand new at an auction house in New Jersey.  It is the 1/2 hp model and it has worked perfectly ever since I bought it.  The on/off switch broke today and I am in the hunt for a replacement.
